How fast does my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed once your order is in transit. All glass ships double-boxed and insured.

What's the return policy?

Returns on unused items in original condition and packaging are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for one-of-one and made-to-order pieces. Is the glass new and unused?

Yes. Every piece on the site is new and unused when it ships. Darth Dabs sources directly from artists — nothing is secondhand.

Can I ask about a specific artist or piece?

Absolutely. Email with the artist name or product — Bob will respond with anything not already covered on the listing.

Do you accept trade-ins or consignment?

Not at this time. All pieces are sourced directly from artists.
