Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Tracking information is provided via email once your order is in transit.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Packaging
All glass is packed with care. We use a double-box method with appropriate cushioning for fragile pieces. Insurance is included on orders over $200.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at darthdabber@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you to file a claim and make it right.
