Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase through our website. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The item must have been purchased through the website for this policy to apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any item that has been used is not eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior confirmation from Darthdabs.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including items that have been damaged. An automatic 30% restocking fee applies, plus the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at darthdabber@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at darthdabber@gmail.com and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
